  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Delivery time varies by location but is generally within 3–7 business days.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer depending on logistics partner coverage.
4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges may apply based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
  • Final shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking & Notifications
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the order is dispatched.
  • You can track your order through the link provided in the email or your account dashboard.
6. Delivery Delays
  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Order Receipt
  • Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.
  • Once delivered, Nilhari Ayurveda is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the package.
