Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, no cancellation is permitted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@nilhariayurveda.com with your order ID.
  • If eligible, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable Razorpay payment gateway charges (typically 2%–3% of the transaction value).
2. Refund & Return Policy

We offer returns and refunds only if the product is received damaged or defective.

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery, with photo/video proof sent to support@nilhariayurveda.com.
  • After verification, our first priority will be to replace the item at no extra cost.
  • If a replacement is not possible due to unavailability or logistics, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted for opened, used, or undamaged products.
  • Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used supplements, oils, and skincare products
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Personalized or discounted items (if applicable)
